He should also mention:
If you wear glasses under the 3D glasses forget it. The 3D effect never looks right.
If you're blind in one eye forget it. Enjoy the blurry film.
3D TV is coming and I've seen a number of demos for it. Keep an air sick bag near the couch. Don't try looking away from the screen and back... ugh. They are selling the TV's hard and converting a number of TV shows to fake 3d. Don't be fooled. It's horrible and fake looking. Sports like baseball make the depth of the field look OK, but every time there is an edit or camera change it takes a second for your eyes to adjust to the image. Fast action and quick edits will not look 3D.
3D in film noir wasn't a big hit either:
