Dish Network's Dvrs deactivated?

Looks like a good chance it could happen. Trying to keep up with my recordings as the article does not give a time frame when these decisions might come down-don't want to get stuck with a not-on-dvd noir on my box that I cannot watch/burn. Does anyone know any more about this:
