Noir Art Opening - Oakland, CA

Greetings everyone! I am having an Art Opening on August 6th, 6-9pm in Oakland, CA. It is at the Hive Gallery, 301 Jefferson St. near Jack London Square. The show is entitled "Gangsters, Guns, and Floozies" and all the artwork is based off of film and neo-noir. So if you are in the Bay Area please come out and show some love! Great looking stuff! Do you base your paintings off any films in particular?

It's a mix of noir movies and photos for the inspiration. I've done some from; "Kansas City Confidential", "Man From Cairo", "Laura", "Whistlestop", and I am currently working on some more. Thanks.
