In April 2007, Alan K. Rode persuaded actress Kim Hamilton to make a rare personal appearance during the 8th Annual Festival of Film Noir at the Egyptian Theatre. After a screening of Robert Wise's Odds Against Tomorrow (1959), the elegant Hamilton recalled her role opposite Harry Belafonte and shared her memories of Robert Ryan, Shelley Winters, Abe Polonsky among other luminaries during a distinguished career that is still going strong in 2011.
