Danny Huston (John Huston's son) plays Orson Welles who finds himself in a murder mystery. I have yet to watch it but it actually looks interesting, especially if it has Christopher Walken.

Every so often you stumble across a film that you don't know about and this is one of them. And you're right, Keith, this looks great. I've just ordered it immediately from Amazon for £1.78. ($2.50)
Apart from Walken, I've always been a big fan of Paz Vega too - having first seen her in a Spanish movie 7-8 years ago.
I'm having a bit of an Orson Welles Christmas. Having had Three Cases of Murder bought for me as a gift (five stars all the way), I was thrilled to find that it had Orson's short ghost story Return to Glennascaul included as an extra - talk about value-added!!

Wow. Thanks for digging this up, looks real interesting. Can't wait to buy it
Had a chance to watch it over the week, and I have to say it's a pretty fun and decent period piece murder mystery. While Danny Huston doesn't play the most convincing Orson Welles, he plays a perfect character for the 40's period. Christopher Walken only has about three scenes in the film but he's good as always. Paz Vega is great to look at (even more than Penelope Cruz) and fits the look. The story itself is nothing amazing but it's entertaining and stylish and has many noir elements.
The story was ok but without any real suspense. To paraphrase a British reviewer, you knew Orson Welles was going to survive because he went on to perform in The Muppet Movie. Danny Huston probably couldn't do a good job playing himself, and Christopher Walken was running cold that day. It just didn't hold together.
